Returns and Refunds

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cartzenshop.com and include your order number.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or software
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as non-refundable)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
