Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be indicated at checkout.

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, destination, and selected carrier.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
    • International: 7–12 business days (delays due to customs may occur)
  • Free shipping may be available on orders over 20$ in eligible regions (displayed at checkout).

Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
  • If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Important Notes
